Parents can SCORE another TimeTo Talk.

How hard it is to raise a family in today's ever-changing world? It can feel like our children are growing up way too fast, and, as parents, it's important for us to do all we can to keep up with our kids. Not an easy task, is it?

Today, right at their fingertips, the Internet allows parents to be engaged with and informed about current events and issues. With that in mind, here is the introdution of the launch of "Healthy Competition," a new website created by the Partnership for a Drug-Free America and the Major League Baseball Players Association. "The Lifeskills Apartment for Independent Living"

Partnership Carson City with grant money from Carson City Youth Services Funds has funded several projects with the Community Enrichment Fund.

This project called "the Lifeskills Apartment for Independent Living" is at CHS and teaches the disabled students how to become more independent by learning how to cook, make the bed, and do laundry.
