Partnership Carson City with grant money from Carson City Youth Services Funds has funded several projects with the Community Enrichment Fund. This project called "Robots GO!" was conceived by 2nd grade teacher Rena Huntington after completing a robotics course at Georgia Tech that was sponsored by NASA. Ms. Huntington helps the kids, aged 6 to 11, learn about problem solving with these really cool Lego Robotics Kits. PCC granted Empire School $1000.00 to purchase 3 additional kits. Carson High Speech & Debate Team
A Education Enrichment Fund funded project at Carson High School. Students learn communication skills, leadership and make lifelong friendships with other like minded individuals.
Super Science Saturdays at the Children's Museum
Kids experience Dissecting Frogs, Growing Crystals, Building Bridges, and Inspecting Owl Pellets at the Children's Museum in Carson City, NV. Sponsored by the Education Enrichment Fund from Partnership Carson City an ongoing Mini-Grant Program.
DUI School
Partnership Carson City is now offering DUI School!
Driving Under the Influence Level 1 Court Ordered Courses. These interactive courses are designed to engage students in acquiring the knowledge, skills, motivation and support to achieve safe and fulfilling lives. These classes are offered in English and Spanish.
The DUI course is 8 hrs and the cost is $ 90.00 per student. Funds received go back into supporting services for youth and families in the Carson City area.

Mr. Dana Kincaid has worked in the field of drug & alcohol counseling for 7 years, and is currently licensed under the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) as a DUI instructor.
